High blood pressure confirmed. Due to high blood pressure found during last visit, I was told to go back for review after resting for 2 days. Unfortunately, my bp is even HIGHER at 150! So sadly, gynae got to put me on medication and put on bedrest for 3 more days till Wed for next review. I was sad and stressed coz I knew that will means potential danger for my baby later on... And this is really bad timing. Coz school term is ending in this 2 weeks time and everyone in school is rushing like hell. Now if I am on mc for 3 more days, what will happen to my students, their tests, their projects and who is going to relief my lessons when everyone is almost dying to complete their own work in time. Sigh... But gynae said that she cannot let me go back to work coz if I started scolding my students, wat if my blood vessels burst... worse right? So no choice, got to seek help from colleagues liao... sigh... As for baby, she seems quite active recently and I started to feel some movements and kicks on and off... that seems to be the only happy thing that happen so far... Everything just happened at the wrong timing... Rhys was sick... Hubby went for night shifts and now High bp... sigh... how NOT to be stress! I really just hope that baby can stay strong and everything going to be just fine... ♥ Thursday, May 13, 2010 @ 3:13 PM `Week 16 Scan Yeah... can see baby again... long wait... esp. worse when this baby is quieter than Rhys when he is a baby in me. So when baby Rae not moving and kicking that much, it just worries me lor. Dun know she ok or not... everything fine or not... sigh... all have to wait for 4 weeks to confirm everything... Finally, today also potentially the day to see if baby Rae is boy boy or girl girl... so exciting... First impression when the image pop up on screen, baby Rae has grown so much since last scan! She was sitting CROSS-LEGGED with her head bow down SLEEPING!! Gynae even tried to scan her in the frontal angle and we can see that she really sit with her legs crossed and high up to cover EVERYTHING! Can even see her thigh bones in a criss cross formation... and even after shaking her for very long trying to wake her up to change position, she simply refused to wake up... sigh... this baby just dun want to let me know her gender... aiyo... 4 MORE WEEKS TO WAIT!!! faint And bad news is my BP seems to be on the high side... if really dun go down, I might have to be on medication and worse, might bring complications to the pregnancy... chiam... sob... ♥ Monday, May 10, 2010 @ 11:47 PM `New choice of girl girl name... All along, even before Rhys was born, before we even know whether #1 is a girl or boy, I love the name Rui-En 瑞恩 for a girl's name. Esp. when I also like the english name (direct translation) Raeanne/Raeann as the english name... so much as that even my auntie knew that... And then, it turns out that Rhys is a BOY... so I can only keep Rui-En for the next baby... Now... when #2 gender is unknown, we are back to the few choices again... and of coz naturally Rui-En seems to be the only choice if she is a girl... then one day, while I am scrolling the dictionary app in my ifone, I accidentally found another nice name for a girl.... Rui-Ya 瑞雅... Rhea as english name... and since then, I just cannot get this name out of my mind... Firstly, it sounds nice... and the english name Rhea is also almost similar to Rhys... and I can even think of the pet name Ya-Ya... hee... and of coz, another factor is that Rui-En is getting too common... En can be heard so often every where... for boys and for girls... so.... I like the name Rui-Ya... plus hor, Rhea is the name of Zeus' MUM! haha... talking abt power! Now... all we need is to hope that baby is really a girl... haha...	♥ About me & Baby Rae Hi hi... this is Vivian... I am a mummie of 1 boy, Rhys born on 18 Sept 2006 and a baby (whom I called Rae) who still in my tummy, expected to join our family on 28 Oct 2010...
